AIMEE'S SAUTÉED CHERRY TOMATOES
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- pinch kosher salt
- black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon to 2 Tablespoons white wine (I used Trivento Amado Sur Chardonnay)
- fresh basil
Heat olive oil then add tomatoes. Cook for about 3 minutes then add the garlic and cook another 2 to 3 minutes and add the wine. Top with fresh basil.
